We do not store your full card number, CVV, or complete payment credentials on our servers. All payment data is processed and stored securely by our third-party payment processor. See Section 4 for details.

When you access or use the Platform, we automatically collect:

  • Actions taken within the Platform
  • Subscription Credit usage

1.3 Information From Cookies and Tracking Technologies

3. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

Contractual Necessity. We process your Account information, billing data, and usage data to perform our contract with you — specifically, to provide you access to the Platform and deliver the Services you have subscribed to.

Legitimate Interests. We process usage analytics, technical log data, and security information based on our legitimate interests in operating, improving, and securing the Platform, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights.

Legal Obligation. We may process your information where required to comply with applicable laws, regulations, or lawful government requests.

We share your billing information with our third-party payment processor(s) — including but not limited to Stripe or PayPal — solely to process your Subscription payments. These processors are contractually bound to handle your payment data securely and in compliance with applicable law, including PCI-DSS standards. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

4.2 Service Providers

We may engage trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating the Platform, including:

  • Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers
  • Email delivery and communications platforms
  • Customer support and helpdesk tools
  • Security and fraud prevention services

All service providers are vetted and bound by data processing agreements that restrict them from using your information for any purpose other than providing services to us.

4.3 Legal Compliance and Protection

Upon Account termination or Subscription cancellation, we will retain your User Content for 30 days, during which you may request an export. After this period, your data will be permanently deleted from our active systems. Anonymized or aggregated data that cannot identify you may be retained indefinitely for analytical purposes.


6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Our security practices include:
